Qualification Overview
A practice-based qualification for those with experience in leadership and management roles in the health care sector. This course will further enhance and develop your skillset and knowledge to enable you to become a fully qualified and competent leader within a health care setting
The qualification will cover the following areas:
- Lead and manage person-centered practice
- Lead and manage effective team-based performance
- Lead and manage the quality of service provision to meet legislative, regulatory, and organisational requirements
- Professional practice
- Lead and manage practice that promotes the safeguarding of individuals
- Lead and manage health, safety, and security in the workplace.
